After my previous dentist retired, I was in need of a new dentist. After much research, Dr. Gold was high on my list. My first visit was to address a filling repair. My experience was beyond expectation. Dr. Gold was super nice and very personable. He explained everything fully and provided the least invasive option. I kid you not, the entire procedure during and after was absolutely painless. The dental assistants and office staff are all super friendly, as well. I highly recommend Dr. Gold and team.

Dr. Gold is a very knowledgeable and kind dentist who gave me an extremely positive and honest opinion of my dental status and ways to move in the most effective direction. Dr Gold and his assistant, Josie had incredible insight of the whole area on around the teeth. I was amazed to learn slightly closing my mouth is a more effective manner of positively flossing. I am one who does not usually enjoy going to the dentist. Dr Gold and his wonderful staff make that experience a whole lot more enjoyable! Thank you very much!!

I’ve been going to Dr Matt for sometime now. I wouldn’t trade him in for Nothing!!!!. Dr. Matt , has one of the most caring, compassionate and funny chairside manner which really helps because ” Who likes going to the DENTIST”? I have been a patient with Dr Hollander for 40 years. I will miss him and wish him all the best in his well deserved retirement. Dr Gold has been a perfect fit to take over the practice. Had a great visit at Gold Family Dentistry. Josie, my dental hygienist, did a great job and was very nice. Dr. Gold came in to check my teeth and it was like I was visiting my neighbor. He is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Before my visit was over, Jodi got me set up with my next appointment. I was in and out in an hour.

This was my first time at this practice, and my first dental appointment in about 7 years. I was warmly welcomed and was treated like an old friend. I never felt shamed or lectured on my gap between visits, and actually left feeling very good about myself! I’m glad to have found a new dental “home,” and would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a comfortable place to receive their care.

I so enjoy going to the dentist…I know, sounds crazy because most people dislike going to the dentist. However, I’ve been going to this dentist office for years. It was my first time seeing Dr Matt at his new location and it was wonderful! He is still the same great dentist he always is! Actually he seemed more relaxed! Highly recommend! Dr. Hollander and Dr. Gold are both great. I had Dr. Gold at my most recent visit for the first time and he was very personable and helpful when explaining dental things to me. The hygienists, specifically Jill, are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Jodi in the front is the BEST also!! Always a great experience getting a cleaning here.

My appointment was at 9 a.m. I was met by the hygienist a little after 9. She was very friendly, but professional. She moved through the required steps of a cleaning appointment with ease and without inflicting any pain. Dr. Gold examined me, giving me a clean bill of health and I was on my way in less than 60 minutes.

I had an Implant, the earliest I could get in to see my regular dentist was March 5th. I stopped by with my Implant package from a referral to their office. They got me in that day!! I will have my Crown on the 8th of January! 2 months earlier! The staff was incredible! I have found my new Dentist!

I love the personal attention that I receive from the moment I walked through the door. I love that they know me by name and are very attentive to my questions and concerns. I had my teeth cleaning at Doctor Golds(formally Dr Hollander’s ) for a teeth cleaning today.Always on time no waiting .The staff is very friendly and the hygienist Melanie was very pleasant and professional.She certainly knows her job and had some good advice for my oral health. Dr. Hollander was the first dentist we tried after relocating to Gahanna in 2017. Fantastic treatment and overall experience. He and his associates are very friendly and exceptionally professional. I don’t feel like just a “number” when I have my check-ups or other work done. The level of excellent care and service continues with the transition to Dr. Gold.

Dr Hollander has been my dentist for over 40 years, and it will be hard to replace him. However, after my first appointment with Dr Gold, I feel he is turning his practice into very capable hands. At my recent visit I met Dr.Gold. Very competent and kind. A great addition to Dr. Hollander’s office. You can’t beat Dr. Hollander’s years of knowledge teamed up with Dr. Gold’s technical expertise and experience! A wonderful appointment as usual. This was my first visit. I had a problem after previous dental work with another dentist. Dr. Gold listened to my concerns and addressed each one. He took time to explain aspects of my dental state and provided treatment that was very effective. His staff were pleasant and helpful. Dr Gold proved to be very knowledgeable, pleasant, and skilled. I will be having him do all future dental work for me.

I love Dr. Hollander’s practice. I was referred to him because my previous dentist located downtown continually tried to upsell me and recommend that I needed costly procedures. Dr. Hollander suggested a free and minor change to my hygiene routine, and my teeth haven’t been healthier. The other dentist was attempting to charge me hundreds of dollars. He has been my dentist for the past four years. I enjoy conversing with his hygienist and him. They are all personable, and the service is top-notch. His office has early hours, and there is plenty of parking.

2nd time visiting for cleaning. Dr Hollander and all of his staff are very personable and caring. Melanie did a fantastic job on my teeth and didn’t give me grief even though I don’t floss as much as I should! She is very thorough yet kind and a compassionate person. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go!

Being a patient for many years, my experience of dental care was always excellent. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. He leads by example, not only in dental hygiene, but also in character. We’re all people, so that means that all of these rockstar team members have dealt with their own struggles along this journey. Doctor Hollander got my husband in for a tooth that was causing him a significant amount of pain and it was obvious his face was swollen. Doctor Hollander assessed the problem quickly, and relieved my husband of the pain. My husband said Doctor Hollander was caring and funny. Considering the circumstances, Doctor Hollander and his staff made the experience smooth and pleasant. Thank you so much!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Hollander since I was old enough to go to the dentist. Have known Jodi since she started working there. I love Dr. Hollander, Jodi and the rest of the staff. To All Prospective Dental Patients: This is THE BEST, MOST GENTLE, HAPPIEST dental office I have ever visited. I am a card-carrying COWARD where dental procedures are concerned. Dr. Hollander is truly gifted and so very gentle with patients! Today, I had a “new” hygienist. (New to ME but 20+ years of experience.) BRANDI took excellent care of me & my nerves. P.S. She did a great job of painlessly cleaning my somewhat pandemic neglected teeth. No lecture, no scolding; just tender support. Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend this practice. 🤗

My children and I have been going to Dr.Hollander for almost 15 years now. I have had unpleasant experiences with previous dentist and Dr.Hollander and staff have always made my appointments very comfortable. My anxiety over having dental work done has greatly reduced since coming to Dr.Hollanders office. My kids enjoy getting their teeth cleaned and really like having Dr.Hollander as their dentist. I have no complaints. Your staff is always pleasant, and do everything they can to make you feel as comfortable as is possible. I have a real fear and anxiety going even for a cleaning, but I wouldn’t go any where else. They care about their patients. You aren’t just “another” face in their day. Dr. Hollander and his staff are amazing and so personable. I trust them whole heartedly and they make the process of going to the dentist so much more enjoyable! I had not been to the dentist in 15 years or so when I had my first appointment with Dr. Hollander 2 years ago. Needless to say, I had a lot of problems. Three cavities, one crown, and one implant later I am finally done with the reparative work. Through every procedure, Dr. Hollander and his staff were amazing. Dr. Hollander always explains your options in great detail and makes sure you understand what is being done, and that you are comfortable with it. I find it very refreshing that he gets so excited about dental health. He seems truly passionate about his work. The staff is also great. The assistants and hygienists are all very pleasant and professional. The front desk staff is great. They work with you on insurance and payments. I had to be referred out to a specialist for the implant, and they made sure I was sent to someone that accepted my insurance and that the specialist had all of my records. All in all, this is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a medical professional, and I would recommend Dr. Hollander to anyone that is looking for a caring dentist that does quality work and provides great customer service.

Hi I have been with Dr. Hollander since he started his practice in Gahanna, my husband and son also place there teeth in hands, he’s a perfectionist, caring dentist as his staff is as well. Years ago I had a bad experience with a different dentist, so it was difficult going to the dentist. I found Dr. Hollander and now make my routine visits twice a year as I should. EVERY visit I am treated as a friend not just a patient. Dr. Hollander stops over to say hi just before the hygienist gets started. The process is explained and shared electronically with you each step of the way. He and his staff are the best I have seen in providing excellent customer service. Appointments are scheduled so there is no long wait to get started. The office atmosphere is old school with todays technology and techniques. It makes you feel comfortable and like your in good hands. I recommend Dr. Hollander to everyone whonsays to me they are looking for a dentist, he is the best.

I would recommend Dr. Hollander to anyone needing dental care. I have gone to him for more years than I care to mention. He is very caring and does an excellent job. Staff always stick to your appointment time and the wait is very minimal. Staff is all very professional, courteous and friendly. They always make you feel welcome. I have only been to Dr Hollander’s office for two separate checkups now, but I am very pleased with his staff, their skills and their professionalism. I also think they do a great job communicating during cleaning and about your dental health, and are honest in any suggested work. He is my 3rd dentist in my adult life and the best, in my opinion.

I moved back to my hometown Lancaster a year and a half ago and I refuse to change our dentist. We love Dr. Hollander and his staff. How do you choose a new dentist or doctor? Have you ever even googled it? Sure you choose from a list of insurance providers, but how do you choose from those choices? Do you look up the individual on the Internet? Do you read reviews, or do you simply take the word of a family or friend? You could waste years jumping to different healthcare professionals every six month check up, until you find one you like. Stay with me here… I made 10 interviews in one week to interview dentists for five minutes. Some wanted to charge me for the interview. Scratch them off the list. I needed answers from the people that I was about to trust with my oral care. Such as personality, and experience. Marc is the total package. His personality, the way he interacts with his staff, his professionalism, and the way he listens to the patient. He has never recommended something unnecessary such as my wisdom teeth removal. One is sideways, but causes no pain or dental crowding. We joke about it being how the police will identify the body. Most of your visit time will be spent with the dental hygienist. Each one has been a delightful, professional, energetic individual. Comfortable patient environment with up to date equipment amenities. Jody the office administrator has a bubbly persona that makes you forget that you are handing over money, and scheduling when you can do it again. She is attentive to your needs and life schedule to get you the right appointment. They have the texting service which sends out a reminder text one week prior, giving you the opportunity to cancel or confirm. Then you get another text the day before to remind you of your appointment tomorrow. I got lucky Marc was on my insurance plan, but I credit myself for spending the effort to not waste 6yrs to find him. Wow! It looks very OCD or anal in print. Lol XP

Best dentist in Ohio! Well at least that I have been to. Selfishly i want to say something negative just so more people dont get wind of this great place in hopes that they never get too busy for me. Doing that would be a dis-service to all the mouths that need the best prevention and care. Tell your friends and family #1 dentist in Ohio!!!!!!

My friend recommended him and assured me I would love him and the entire staff. She was spot on! Jody does an amazing job as his right hand person. I have been seeing Dr. Hollander for over 10 years and I have been very satisfied with the consistency of the practice. I always feel welcomed and I appreciate what the practice has helped me with over the past few years, with a root canal to getting an implant. I moved and live out of the state but I still come for my appointments with him because of the work he has done. Thank you so much for all you do.

Looking for a dentist that is about you and not all about business, this is your dentist. I absolutely love Dr. Hollander and the staff. Each visit has been a great experience. They have taught me about caring for my teeth and gums. They share the visuals and explain the whole process with me prior to starting. Mark is a very caring and patient dentist . I considered my teeth to be hopeless Mark took time gave me my options we discussed the pros and cons to everything and I made a intelligent and informed decision thanks to Mark . This sounds funny coming from me and my past dental experiences which were never favorable before. Dr. Hollander has been my family dentist for years. Taking care of myself, my wife and our three children. He and his wonderful staff are always courteous, helpful and forgiving (when I haven’t flossed as I know I should have). They are also very good at fitting us in when we are having a dental emergency. I can’t imagine going to any other dentist.

Dr. Hollanders and I go wayyyyy back, close to when he started his practice in Gahanna, Ohio. Dr. Hollander and his team are always superb. I’ve been going here for years and have always had a good experience. He and his team are always very nice and friendly. They do a thorough and great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent dentist. Also, their office ceilings have fun, colorful paintings which are highly enjoyable to look at while they are working on you.

My husband and I went for our 1st appointment together yesterday. I had a tooth ache and they let me come in a day earlier than my scheduled appointment so that the Doctor could see what was going on with my tooth. We were impressed with the warm office and knowledgeable staff. Everyone including the doctor was pleasant. The “I spy” ceiling in my patient room kept my son happy, interested and occupied during our visit. The doctor took care of my tooth gently and will fix the issue today, my scheduled appointment day. I can’t say enough in favor of this dental office. I’ve seen other dentist but We won’t look any further. Dr. Marc Hollander will be taking care of all our Dental needs going forward. Thank you!

All my experiences lately have been excellent despite my fears. Thats not your problem. You are kind, patient , very undestanding, and very informative about every thing , and along every step of the process. Your office staff have been and always are quite stellar as well. Just had my second cleaning for the year. Dr. Hollander and his staff are the greatest. He and all his staff are very polite, courteous, helpful and a joy to work with. I definitely recommend Dr. Hollander and his staff to anyone needing a dentist or anyone wanting to change dentist. My experience there has always been a great one. Have been going there more years than I want to remember and will continue as long as Dr. Hollander does not decide to retire.

My family and I just relocated to Ohio, we needed to get the family into the dentist. Ashley and Jodi were more than accommodating! We have 4 small children so going to the dentist for me is a struggle sometimes!! Not here!! Ashley held the 5 month old and entertained the other 3 while I got X-rays! Now that is service! As for Dr Marc Hollander he was quick and efficient! He was highly sociable with the kids so they were more comfortable!
